Early 1800's Southern Church Doll Bowl Fillers Ornies E Pattern
Product Information
This pattern is designed after some Church Dolls that I saw in Pine Mountain, Ga that were handmade in the mid 1800's. This one is special... these dolls were made by Mamas for their children to occupy their time on Sunday mornings during Church. Church was a huge social event here in the South. Church with Singings, Baptisms, Dinners on the ground and just socializing was usually a all day event.
This pattern is very easy to make up and the finished dolls will be extreme Prim and will measure about 5 inches tall x 3 & 1/2 inches across. Included are my step by step instructions, a color photo to use as a guide, the staining recipe and 2 pattern pieces!
